Pre-Order, Payment & Cancellation Special Terms

  • This product is offered under special pre-order pricing for a limited time.

  • Full payment is required at the time of order to reserve production and secure discounted pricing.

  • Orders are scheduled for delivery by the end of March.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by international manufacturing, customs clearance, or shipping conditions.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Orders may be canceled within 14 calendar days from the order date (minus up to 3% processing fee based on our third party processor company).

  • After 14 days, a $500 non-refundable deposit will be retained if the order is canceled.

  • Remaining balances (if applicable) will be refunded per our ‘Returns’ standard processing rules and timelines.

Returns

Product Inspection at Delivery

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery and confirm the size, color, quantity, and condition before signing the delivery receipt (paper or digital).

Signing the receipt without any comments confirms the product was received in acceptable condition. No claims will be accepted afterward.

Return Eligibility

  • Only uninstalled units are eligible for return.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, including all accessories and promotional items.

  • Returns must be requested within 90 calendar days of the purchase date.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping. Additional handling or restocking fees may apply.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed or used products

  • Products damaged due to improper installation, use, or storage

  • Items sold as-is or without original packaging

  • Returns based on minor color variation due to lighting or screen display

Defective or Damaged Products

Manufacturer defects must be reported before installation and within the return window.

  • Returned items will be inspected by our quality team.

  • If no defect is confirmed, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued after inspection of returned products.

  • Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–15 business days for processing.

  • Shipping charges and processing fee (up to 3%) are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours if they have not shipped.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

Warranty

All ALMASA wash basins are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage from installation, misuse, accidents, or improper storage

  • Wear and tear from normal use

  • Units that have been altered or modified in any way

Terms:

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs for inspection or replacement.

  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the U.S.A.

  • Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days.

  • Rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Deliveries are made to the front door. Carriers do not enter homes or buildings.
